We created this simple explainer video aimed at tenants of Radius’ homes. During cold spells, tenants were often having problems with their gas boilers. Without realising they had run out of pre-paid gas or that thermostats were turned down too low, tenants were calling a manned telephone line and often having to wait longer than necessary. This short animation takes tenant through a short and straightforward checklist, enabling them to troubleshoot problems instantly themselves.
